TSF5 Founders

Co-founder.  George Trumbull is a 21-year Air Force combat aviator and electronic warfare officer (EWO) having served aboard various weapon systems (B-52, RC-135, TASS, etc.) and operated various equipment in the electromagnetic (EM) exploitation regime. He is the former flying squadron commander of the USAF weapon systems officer training school and respected member of the electronic warfare (EW) community. He has been a leader in the EW community post retirement from the USAF in various leadership roles with Rockwell Collins, ITT, DRS, and now TSF5.  George holds graduate degrees in Economics and Military Sciences.  Currently working on a doctorate in Organizational Leadership thru Indiana Wesleyan University, he believes that his responsibility as CEO is in creating great leaders for tomorrow, world-class products and services are the result.  George is a long-standing member of the Association of Old Crows and Big Safari Association.

Co-Founder. Timothy Selogic is a highly respected program manager and leader in the design and development of next generation EM and EW industries. Tim holds degrees in computer sciences and business management thru ITT.  He has worked in the radio frequency (RF) engineering disciplines for over 10 years with a distinguished track record in developing state of the art solutions for a worldwide customer set.  A proven profit and loss leader, he was responsible for the complete turnaround of a failing business unit, where in 2 years went from a loss reserve position with negative gross margins to one of the strongest financial business units in the company.

Co-Founder. Robert Clausing is a leader and design engineer with more than 20 years of ISR product development and customer support experience. He began his career in the early development of the Compass Call EW system as a member of the Air Force and while working for Lockheed. He switched gears and found the challenge of working for a small company with a small highly motivated team fit his flexible style and can do attitude. He led many ISR developments while working for SRL, STL & DRS before co-founding TSF5. Rob's interests include riding his Harley and enjoying a cold glass of beer.

Co-Founder. Brian Luedtke is a highly gifted electrical engineer with extensive experience in state of the art ISR product development, digital board design, and VHDL coding for FPGAs. Many of Brian’s advancements in firmware technology led to some of the largest pursuits in the history of his former employer. A quick study, he rose to the level of Principal Engineer in less than 8 years and was the technical lead on several multi-million dollar programs before co-founding TSF5. He has completed his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on signal processing and communication theory.

Co-Founder. Harold "Bud" Dean is a highly regarded electronics design engineer with more than 30 years of product development and support experience. He began his career as a member of the Navy maintaining electronic navigation aids supporting critical mission requirements in the Tonkin Gulf theater of operations. After receiving his degree from The Ohio State University, Bud compiled an impressive career in various capacities in electronic warfare (EW), aircraft trainer electronics, radar simulation, and very high performance data interface electronics. Bud holds a patent for an electronic Synthetic Aperture Radar simulator. In addition, he was pivotal in aircraft training development for the United States Air Force supporting the B52, B1, B2 and A10 programs. While with SAIC, Bud developed leading edge data switching networks for AFRL at Wright-Patterson AFB. Prior to co-founding TSF5, Bud was lead project engineer for developing a critical technology supporting national intelligence requirements.

Co-Founder. Kyle Leber is a highly sought after software engineer with a wide range of expertise that includes embedded programs, Linux drivers, API development, server applications, web interfaces, and graphical interface programs. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Wright State University with a focus on digital signal processing. Kyle has focused his career on producing quality software while still embracing the latest technologies available whenever appropriate. He is well versed in C, C++, Java, Python, X-Midas, MATLAB and other languages/tools. Prior to co-founding TSF5, he was the lead software engineer on numerous ISR products and programs. Kyle has travelled across the globe in support of his products and puts an emphasis on providing exceptional customer support.

Co-Founder.  Jason Patton is a highly sought after computer engineer with a wide range of expertise that includes ISR product development, digital board design, VHDL coding for FPGAs. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Wright State University with a focus on digital circuit design. Jason has focused his career on VHDL coding for FPGAs, developing many cutting edge intellectual property cores throughout his stellar career. He has mastered complex disciplines such as VHDL, Xilinx ISE, Altera Quartus, PCIe, Ethernet, Vita49, and other languages/tools/protocols. Prior to co-founding TSF5, he was the lead firmware engineer on numerous ISR products and programs.
